Your voice, shaping the future of London estates.
Future London Makers is your chance to have a seat at the table of estate regeneration. Over a 12-month programme, you’ll work alongside Mount Anvil and industry experts to shape the design, development and regeneration of estates across London.
We believe young people have a unique and powerful perspective on what makes a great place to live in London - and we want to hear it. That’s why we’re putting you at the centre of the conversation - turning up the volume of your opinions about our ever changing city.
What You’ll Do
- Visit London estates and see what's working - and what's not
- Collaborate with experts to bring forward ideas that matter
- Influence real decisions to help make estates safer, healthier, happier
- Use your voice to set a new standard for youth-led regeneration in London
What You’ll Get
- Paid the equivalent of London Living Wage for your time (2-4 hours per month)
- Workshops in leadership, communication and estate design
- Connection with industry professionals
- Real-world experience that'll make you stand out
Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for young people aged 16–21 who:
- Live in London, especially on or near estates where Mount Anvil is working
- Are passionate about making communities better and interested in a future career in the built environment
- Can commit to the full 12-month programme - with meetings once a month held after school or College hours
