In 2020, with the support of the Mayor of London’s Greater London Authority (GLA), we set up Makers & Mentors. Today, there are over 300 property industry professionals signed up.
Our unique partnership with the GLA shares several commitments. Improving equality and diversity in construction are two. As is creating more opportunities for those seeking a career in the industry.
We've collaborated with Freehold LGTBQ+ network and also the G15 Women's mentoring programme to help build a diverse network of mentors. We've an open door to potential collaborations - keen to build as diverse as diverse network as possible.
